Meet the Captain

Captain Mike and his wife moved to Jacksonville in 2013. They both love the water and, of course, fishing. They bought their first boat, a 20 ft Robalo (Honeymoon).
In January 2014, they started exploring offshore fishing, spending around 150 hours that year on the open seas and cruising the Intracoastal.
In 2018, they bought a house on the water and became close to one of their neighbors. This man was 82 years old and lived on the water his whole life, and loved to fish.
On Christmas of 2019, this neighbor asked Captain Mike to come over because he wanted to give him a gift. The neighbor handed Captain Mike a three-ring binder with over 300 offshore fishing spots. This is GOLD to any angler. So, Captain Mike decided to get a little bigger boat in 2018, a 24 ft Robalo (Honeymoon II), so they could get a little further offshore safely.
They started fishing some of the fishing spots that his neighbor gave him and quickly realized he was NO LONGER FISHING; HE WAS CATCHING. Captain Mike has always enjoyed watching others catch fish.
When he takes friends or family out, he always says we are not going fishing; we are going to go catching. That is how they came up with the name of the Charter LET'S GO CATCHING. In January 2022, Captain Mike and his wife bought a 27 ft Everglade (Honeymoon III) and decided to start the charter business. So, if you are ready to have some fun,
